Our Vision
- Hasanadka Wellness Centre is committed to provide an efficient professional and personal care in giving naturopathy, yoga therapy and ayurvedic treatments which are rendered by qualified and experienced doctors assisted by trained service staff.
- Having Situated in the midst of nature,our aim is to be self sufficient with organically grown vegetables and fruits which is a part of our Sathvik diet, and to provide a unique experience of stress-free Indian village life which was a dream of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of Nature Cure in India.
- Hasanadka Wellness Centre was started in 2003 to provide naturopathy, ayurveda and yoga therapies for outpatients in the town of Sullia, Dakshina Kannada District. On observing the need, In 2008 Hasanadka Wellness Centre started inpatient facility which is presently located in a peaceful ambience with beauty of nature in abundance.
About Us
- Hasanadka Wellness Centre (HWC) is headed by Dr. Shashidhar H.S., B.N.Y.S and Dr. Anupama Shashidhar, B.A.M.S.The doctors are registered under Karnataka State Council for Indian Medicine and members of Ayush Federation of India. (Reg no. 75-BNYS, Reg no. 16115-BAMS).
- Dr. Shashidhar is qualified as a physician in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences at S.D.M. College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Ujire (Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore) in 1999.Since he had passion for yoga from childhood, he wanted to serve the society through yoga.
- After graduation, he served in Mangalore and Puttur conducting yoga courses to public. Then he was given the responsibility of setting up a 30 bed hospital, Basava Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Bangalore. He worked there as the medical officer for 3 years.
- Dr.Anupama qualified as physician in Ayurveda at A.L.N Rao memorial Ayurveda college Koppa(Affiliated to R.G.U.H.S Bangalore)

- Body Purification: To remove toxins due to modern lifestyle & food and rejuvenate the tired body Panchmahabhootha chikithsa/Naturopathy treatment and Ayurvedic treatments are administered as per individual body nature.
- Stress Management: Professional and day to day stress are handled positively by the systematic practice of Ashtanga yoga, ie Asana, Pranayama, Meditation.
- Advanced Yoga practice training given upon individual interest with duration of 10 days to 3 months having Theory and practicals.

- First I want to thank God and Guru to have divinely guided me to Shri Shakti Darshan Yogashram and consequently to here and receive the care that my body and soul desperately needed. Gentle care, massages, acupuncture, mud baths, medication etc have contributed to restore the health of my body in such a tremendous way. I have to mention the amelioration with the pain in my left leg (artheriosclerosis), I’m regaining the ability to walk again! I lost 35 pounds or 17 KG! Of course I have to exercise walking for my leg and very careful of what I eat.
